Measurement of aldehyde

What method or device can measure the aldehyde in ethanol?
Which aldehyde? There are many different possibilities.
If you're talking about acetaldehyde, I would recommend a flame-ionization detector. AA is a very small molecule and the main fragments in its mass spectrum are common fragments to many molecules. It is difficult to beat a good old FID for acetaldehyde.
