EPA method 8141

We are considering to purchase a system for 8141 analysis. All of our GCs are Agilent. The method offers NPD and or FPD detectors along with GCMS if low detection limit is possible. Any suggestions which detector will be better?
Also, we currently use sonication method for extraction. Will this work for this method?
