Error on Accela Open AS autosampler

Hi!
I have a LC/MS system from Thermo with this autosampler module: Accela Open AS (PAL HTC-Accela1-TMO).
Since one week during the running of my sequences the autosampler finds an error with "vial not found" and blocking the run of the sequence.
If I run again the same vial position it goes well. I checked all the tray X, Y and Z offset and everything it's fine.
Do you know why could it happens?
