Sciex, Analyst Software. Corrupted file?

Dear Chromatographers.

Last month we realized that many files from Analyst (vers 1.6.2, Windows 7) with the extension ".rbd" are becoming to "_lockfile" of 0 KB wich cannot be opened by Analyst software.

Any advice?
please.
