Hello

Have you any publication or reference about the importance of TOC analysis in the water used to the mobile phase of LC-MS/MS for bioequivalence studies or to drug analysis in biological samples ?

We need more information about the context of your question but, in general, regulators like numbers, so may want confirmation of the quality of water used. Most Pharma environments measure TOC, and most laboratory water purification system producers offer units with TOC for such regulated environments.
