anyone use Hypercarb Columns before
Discussions about HPLC, CE, TLC, SFC, and other "liquid phase" separation techniques.

is there any serious irreversible adsorption?

This is a question that is difficult to answer because for almost any column, there may be some type of sample that could irreversibly bind. It would help if you could post what type of samples you expected to use with the column.

You will get serious adsorption for polyaromatic compounds. THF is a good solvent for cleaning these columns. Negative charged molecules may also interact with this type of column under some conditions...
