Is this a rise in baseline at the end of the chromatogram on a temperature programmed run or is it in the middle of the chromatogram?

Also what is the dominate mass present in the spectra of the hump you are seeing?

Hello Saba,

I agreed with James, it's depending on where are you get the hump. Normally the column bleed would occur with raising temperature, you could have a look on the oven temperature.
Then, the new o-rings and septum is an potential source of the hump as well.
Basically, mass on 207 (major), 281, and 73 are shown for the column bleed.

Hope this would be useful on your case.
