Curious about the number of FPD's out there

I am curious about how many Forum users use FPD's and in particular Agilent FPD's and in particular if they have as much trouble lighting their FPD's as I have in the past?

Like with Agilent FID's, I think I have the ignition problem solved but will anyone care?

Best regards,

AICMM
I have a pulsed FPD on a Bruker that lights OK, but I recall all sorts of frustrations with an FPD on a Varian about 20 years ago.

One tip - if neasuring flows at the detector outlet, disconnect the flow meter before you press the ignite button !!
