Shimadzu QP2010 low vacuum

Discussions about GC and other "gas phase" separation techniques.

Hi everyone! We have a Shimadzu QP2010 GCMS. Suddenly both the low vacuum and the high vacuum are low (please see pic: Image); and every time I try to do a MS tuning, it fails.

We have a unique set up. The GC of the QP2010 is unused; rather, a capillary is fed directly into the MS part of the QP2010 that comes from a splitter in another Shimadzu GC2014. This capillary broke at the GC2014 splitter end and I pulled a bit through (there were extra) and reattached it to the splitter. Afterwards, the vacuum has been low in the QP2010. Any suggestions?
