High Pressure because of 6 Port Valve

Dear Reader,

We have a shimadzu LC. Recently, our pump was showing a high pressure and we diagnosed it back to conclude that it is because of the autosampler unit.

So, can you please suugest a possible solution on how to go about reducing the pressure by adjusting the autosampler part of it.

Replace rotor seal, clean out that area as necessary. See if any of those tubes are clogged.

We've had this happen on "another vendor's" six port valve, that was a Rheodyne valve.
