Hi,
I am searching for some books, which are focused on calculation in quantitative LC/GC/column chromatography like workbooks, textbooks, books focused on solving problems, examples for calculations. Most of the books focused on theory do not contain problem solving/calculation parts. I need some inspiration for writing a textbook for college students amied at "biochemical calculations", which we would like to include also the issue of separation of biomolecules (low and high molecular weight)
I will be gratefull for any suggestions.
Best regards,
zoltan
I can recommend the "Statistics in Analytical Chemistry" series of articles by Coleman and Vanetta that ran in American Laboratory:
https://www.americanlaboratory.com/913- ... ry-column/

Aside from being a great statistics tutorial, their examples are all ion chromatography.
