I am running a Dionex Integrion HPIC using Chromeleon 7.2.8. I tried to change my eluent generator cartridge and the software recognizes the new cartridge's S/N and expiration date but did not reset the percent life remaining (it is still listed as the same as my old, expired cartridge). Does anyone have advice on how to get the percent life remaining reset?

Mine does that a lot too. You can try deleting the file on the computer in the registry editor and re-adding it or you can type in an old EG cartridge number.

What file am I deleting and re-adding in the registry editor? I've also looked but can't find a way to manually enter a EGC number with how everything is set up. How do you type it in? I've tried reconfiguring the instrument but that didn't help.
