Hello..I need some advice regarding the disposable pipette extraction (DPX) technique. I'm trying to develop a method using either quechers or dpx technique to determine organophosphorus residues in cocoa beans. What types of adsorbents should I use to remove the interferences in the matrix? All opinions are very much welcome..thank you...

What detector type are you going to use? FPD? NPD? MS?
I believe there is a DPX-Q designed for Quechers, if you plan on doing cleanup on the bench Primary Secondary Amine (PSA) is the typical cleanup choice.
