Hi,

I was wondering what everyone's experience with automated SPE systems (good/bad/brands) has been like. I am considering purchase for use in targeted (LC/MS/MS) metabolomics/biomarker analysis typically biofluids matrix. any advice would be helpful

I know that HTA's HT400E autosampler can automate SPE and automatically injects the sample into an HPLC system.

Gilson has a system that can be customized to specifications, I think Caliper has also one...
