We are seeing peculiar peak shape when using sMRM on our 16 year old QTRAP 4000 (recently upgraded to Windows 10, Analyst 1.7.2). I hope I understand the sMRM and cycle time correctly. So if my peak width at its base is 15 second wide and the cycle time is 1 s, I should see 15 scans across the peak. If I use cycle time of 0.5 s, I should see 30 scans across the same peak. Is my logic correct? So now look at the attached files and tell me what is going on.
