Dear all in reading,

Good day to you. Im Fatinie Chemist from Top Glove. Currently im in charge for Headspace GCFID.

Today when i want to run my samples, the GC instrument status turn pre run and its idle even if i load shutdown method.

I turn off the oven function at instrument and wait until the temperature decrease.

After that i load method again, after temperature increase, the status change o pre run.

Can anyone help me?

How about including some more information, like brand/model of GC (as well as HS) and data system in use?

What you've provided is a little like "how do I get into my airb&b?" while failing to specify an address, type of lock and any directions provided by the renter.
