Performance evaluation of RP-Amino column

Dear all,
I am using a amino column from Waters.
But the people have not supplied the column performance sheet.
Can anyone tell us, how to perform column performance test for amino column?
Also the tailing of the peak increases rapidly after about 100 injections.
Please provide me with the regenaration of the column and the washing and storing procedure?

What is the mobile phase that you are using? What samples? Actually, why do you call it an "RP amino columns?"
