5973 Part Number Needed

Hi all,

Does anyone know the part number and/or where to find a cooling fan for an Agilent 5973? The fan is whining and will most likely seize up soon. It's not the fan in the front to cool the diffusion pump, it's under the side cover, probably cooling electronics I'd guess.

Any help is appreciated.

My manual gives PN for "Fan for Electronics module" as 3160-1038, which Agilent site says is obsolete and replaced by G3170-60565
