Chromeleon server

We got the standalone DX500.When we boot up the PC, the Chromeleon server tries to start but doesnt get beyond yellow start ing colour. When try log on to control panel, says no system available. Help can you please?

we had a problem kind of similar to this.
what is the list of CFG files existing in your bin folder?
if i am correct you are missing a crucial one for some reason
