Can anyone supply me with examples of the EP cholesterol assay chromatography? Could you also let me know what type of column you are using (manufacturer, column type, and dimensions)?

Here is a procedure for GC determination of Triglycerides and Cholesterol from Macherey-Nagel, a leading supplier in Chromatography in Europe.
