I am currently working on developing different stability indicating methods for novel lipids used in drug delivery technology. I am currently using the ultra CAD manufacture by ESA as my detection method. I am using Empower 2 with feature release 4 as a stand alone unit. For some reason, the addition of the CAD drivers has caused the software to be unable to stop a run and go to the next injection. I have had both a Waters Engineer take a look at the setup, and neither of use could find anything wrong. The strange part of this error is it comes and goes away. So I was wondering if there are any people out there using a third party detector on the Acquity and have seen the same problems.
