Hellow ,

Can any body tell me the HPLC analysis of selectfluor. The flurinating reagent

selectfluor is double quaternary amine, you can use Obelisc R trimodal RP column (cation and anion-exchange plus reversed phase) .
Should retain similar to paraquat or both components of ionic liquids:

My opinions might be bias, but I have about 1000 examples to support them. Check our website for new science and applications

But sir it has two BF4- ion's and one side N atom is linked with F atom then how it can a quaternary amine . Which type of ionic column is suitable for this ?

Hi

Well strictly speaking I would say that it is a single rather than a double quaternary amine, as one side has four alkyl sides and the other "only" three but that is a bit beside the point I think, Vlads suggestion might still be a good suggestion.

Sorry, my mistake it is single quat!
My only concern is reactivity of the compound, it is oxidant and fluorination agent. Retaining/separating cation and anion portions is not a problem with Obelisc trimodal columns
