Dear Helper,
Im at Penn State University. We have a Shimadzu HPLC system coupled with Waters' Quattro MS system. We are trying to run HPLC with Waters (MassLynx) program. Right now, we are just trying to play with the Inlet Window (i.e. the HPLC part) of the Waters' Software and output of HPLC is not going into the MS but into the drain.
As we set the system for loading, the SIL-10AD VP autosampler display shows ERR P. File. I dont know, why the system shows P- File Error. We dont want the system to do Pretreatments to the autosampler needle. We even changed the settings for the autosampler to 0 rinse mode. But it still shows the error.
