Anyone ever had experience separating all enantiomers and diastereomers in a single run?
Is it feasible? TIA

Just as "grzesiek" said. Yes, you can, but it often is not the best solution as chiral columns tend to be very poor at resolving achiral species apart. Two different methods/columns are preferred.
*However, having said that, our lab has often separated the enantiomers of compounds with multiple chiral centers (3x) all using one method/column so that is an example of both being done at the same time. In general, I would not recommend it (w/o knowing all of the details of your samples and impurities) for the reason that it is usually poor at resolving achiral species.
