Anyone have any experience ordering from 5890.com? (Seems to be owned by Alpha Omega Inc.)

I bought a reconditioned 1050 HPLC system from Alpha Omega about 15 years ago, worked fine. And when I later had an issue during the warranty period, they took care of it. So I'd do business with them again.

I have not had very good luck with Alpha. The few times I contacted them to try to get quotes on parts I did not get any response so I have found other sources. Having said that, they supposedly bought all of HP's inventory so they should have some of the more difficult to find parts and they have been around for a long time.

Best regards.

So far, they've been great. They helped me identify a part, using a crappy pic I took with me phone. They have someone that answers e-mail on second shift. Prices seem reasonable... So far, so good.

I have had good luck with them. My company has purchased several parts from their website for 5890's. We have even purchased a complete 6890 setup from them and it worked fine.
