Analysis of Gases

I am to receive a sample of 2% ethylene in nitrogen in a 5L bag.
I will have to validate the method for any impurities > 0.1% rel to the ethylene, then quanitate the impurities present in the samples supplied. Some of the Impurities expected are water, meoh, etoh, C4 hydrocarbons, CO, CO2, CH4, diethyether, propylene, H2, H2CO.
Once impurities present are established i will need reference standards for the impurities etc to carry out the validation. Who supplies analytical gas reference standards? Any suggestions on how to carry out sample introduction/column choice? If impurity stds are received in gas cylinders, can they be hooked up directly to gc using some kind of sample loop/valve or would it all manual injection as the validation would involve quite a number of injections..
Also for accuracy experiments in the method validation, how difficult would it be to spike ethylene/nitrogen with each impurity to estimate recovery?
