what's the maximum rate (mL/min) that and C18 HPLC column can take?
the pump gives us the maximum of 9,999 mL/min. What'd happen if I run a sample at such rate?
Thanks

Depends on the column and the chromatograph. You would not get close to 9.999 ml/min with a column in place as the max pressure would be exceeded (9.999 would only ever be used to flush the system to waste)However if you tried you could:dear friends, what's the maximum rate (mL/min) that and C18 HPLC column can take?
