My HP 5890 Series II just gave me this error:

FAULT: EPP ROM TEST

and now it displays

EPP A NOT INSTALLED
EPP B NOT INSTALLED

I checked the Agilent online manual, and it said that the ROM chip is bad - can this chip be replaced or should I just swap out the whole main board?
