standalone chromatography program

Am in the market for a standalone data processor that can handle exports from Thermo Fisher's Chromquest, also HPCHEM, and Waters data. PDA data from Waters - nice but not necessary. Single channel detectors would suffice... an Ascii trace, as long as I have other choices for calibration curves than the simple linear and quadratic fits. Any suggestions?

Why ? You obviously have several data system packages why not just save to andi format (.aia) and use which ever you prefer to compare all the chromatograms ??

Why do you want a stand alone data system? What do you need that the current software packages you have available can't do? Most modern data systems have at least linear, quadratic, exponental, and average of ressponse factors. In additon, you can force or not force the zero and can weight the points as a function of concentration or response. That should handle most applications.
