EPA decision on using Dynamic Reaction Cell for 200.8

Is there any validity in the EPA passing regulations against the use of Perkin Elmer's Dynamic Reaction Cell (DRC) technology for 200.8? I have extensively searched and can not find any concrete evidence. Any help would be much appreciated. -Thanks
