Anyone out there ever experience a nitric acid 'leak' through the ICP unit? Our service tech mentioned that this is common when the pump is plugged in backwards. Yet the analyst has been working with these systems for over 5 years, and his take is that there is a problem with the drain line.

Any ideas out there?

What do you mean with leak through the ICP unit?
Do you mean flooding the spray chamber?
