I bought a gc from Thermofisher and it uses chromquest 5.0. I cannot manually integrate like one does with waters or agilent software. I can't graphically "click and drag" a baseline with chromquest. Am I missing something?

Yes contact your Thermo Support contact as you can manually integrate in ChromQuest as it is the same as EzChrom
I want to click and drag ike one can do with waters or agilent software.
I can do the other - go into the menus, manual peak, start, end, analyze.
5 steps - not two.

Right click on chromatogram > Graphical Programming > Manual Peak

Alternatively, click the 16th icon from left-to-right at the bottom of the chromatogram.

Also, keep in mind that in Chromquest/EZChrom you have all the option that you find in Chemstation or Waters software, and more. You just have to "learn" the software.
