"TST Chromatogram

Hi !
I'm currently working in a Intuvo 9000 coupled to 7010B TQ/MS by Agilent along with MassHunter softwares.
Now and then I'm experiencing something weird when I use the PAL RTC 120 Autosampler: the injection occurs normally, however MassHunter only registers the very early beginning of signals. Out of nowhere, everything disappears.
When the run finishes, I open up the chromatogram and something weird is on the screen as I attached here.
Any ideas what could that be?
