Application Request

I've placed this request here as I'm not sure which technique may be appropriate and I don't wan't to multiple post.

Can anyone provide with (or a link to) an application note for Glycolipid analysis?

Journal references would also be welcome, I'm not asking anyone to send me the article/paper, just the reference so I can source it through my employer.

Thanks in advance.

I don't know if this will help, my friend google found it :)

Maybe you should write some more about levels expected, matrix etc.

Thanks,

Unfortunately, that's info I dont have, I'll be performing the analysis on a novel oil/fat extract. Whatever method I use will have to be developed accordingly.

"I'll be performing the analysis on a novel oil/fat extract. " - that is some info :)

I hope you find the reference useful, I can't help you more than that

I have done TLC analysis and performed GC analysis of samples of less than 2mg. There are more up to date analyses as the given reference to normal phase HPLC is an example.

I think time in the library would be well spent.

Good luck,
