Would someone be able to tell me if it is possible to do a single level calibration using this software and if so how I would go about it?

I'm used to using Chemstation for HPLC and carrying out multi level calibrations and am trying to set up a Varian 3900 GC with the Galaxie and I'm finding it very different and would appreciate any help.

Thanks

In the method file, define your peaks to identify. Check the one you want to see in the calibration table (check the calibration column)
In the calibration part, check the External calibration. Then, you will see your peak used for the calibration.
Search in the screen, you have a level number, choose 1.
In the calibration table, you will have then only 1 level to enter.

Please read the user documentation (or on-line help) if it is not clear, everything is explained in it with screen shots.

hopefully it helps ! :)

Manuals:
Start/All programs/Galaxie/Manuals.
or
C:/Galaxie/Manuals

On-line help: in the Help menu at the top of the screen
or
C:/Galaxie/Client, the *.chm files (the one of the Configuration Manager is in the C:/Galaxie/Server folder)

For the on-line help, you can also use the F1 key from the application.
