Im pretty new with Empower. I have a processing method, it integrates and quantitates concentration based on my standard curve. Recently (this has not happened before), if I manually integrate, the Area turns to 1 and the percent area says "1.#R" and it will not quantitate which ever peaks i manually integrated. At first i thought it could be an issue with "falling off the curve" but i could pick it up and put it back where it was and it does the same thing, doesnt matter how much more or less im integrating.

Sounds like a corrupt processing method. Methods with a long history or ones created by using File, Save As have a tendency to get faulty in time, particularly when copied and used over multiple projects.
I would create a new processing method from scratch and use this processing method when generating results from manual integration. Its also possible that the tablespace in that project is very low, check that too.
