Lost USB dongle for Chromeleon 6.8 licence

Hi all,

We have recently moved our laboratory and in the move I seem to have misplaced/lost the USB dongle for the Chromeleon 6.8 software licence. Is there any way I can emulate it or get one second hand somewhere? Or any other way I can still use the software?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Wocket
Get in contact with your local sales representative / account manager. Do you still have the certificate with serial number and license key code? The probably easiest way to get a fully functioning software is to upgrade to Chromeleon 7.2/7.3. Chromeleon 6 is obsolete since several year, no longer supported and not W10 compatible.
