Antibody %Aggregate SEC

% aggregate doesnt change (%2.2) for T=0, T=24hrs and T=48hrs neat injections. (vilas kept at4Cin the autosampler and 3 injections came out of one vial)
But % aggregate changes dramatically from %2.2 to %2.85 for multiple injections (24injs): (T=0, T=1hr, T=2hrs,...,T=24hrs). Aliquoted the same material into 6vials. Each vial was injected 4 times (total of 24 injections). Run time is one hour.
