can we purge the system at weak flow o.1 ml/min for examle without opening the draw off valve
which is difference between prime and purge the pump

I can't help you with the autosampler as I've never configured one using Clarity. As far as the event table, that's pretty well covered in the manuals. I've never heard of an "abstraction" option, but you can subtract one chromatogram from another.
