Gerstel Automated SPME

Hi all,
I hope you are all doing well
I am working on a project using Gerstel MPS + GC. But after I installed the syringe holder and fiber holder (showing in the pic)
I noticed that the needle was poking out of the needle guide. Does anyone know which part is wrong? I will appreciate it very much!
