:( anybody Knows about the GC Analysis of Mephidrone. If it is possible then on which column.and on which detector.

Please help Me

If you are referring to mephedrone, then any silicone column and a FID should work fine as the amino group has an attached methyl functional group. Of course, the chemical should not be in the form of a salt or little volatility will result and there will be poor results by GC.

Thanks for Your Valuable Sugestion. But i just want specific Column Like DB-17 or Cpsil 5CB with specific method.
Also is there any HPLC Method available. if yes please suggest me the Buffer and stationary phase for this.
