Dear Friends,

I have to separate and quantify three different antibiotics: vancomycin, rifampicin and linezolid.

I am goint to start using a C18 column (150x4.6mm) using an eluent of KH2PO4-K2HPO4 (pH 6.9) (20 mM)/acetonitrile (88/12) at 1 mL/min and detecting at 220 nm

Am I right?, anybody has experience on these separations??

All your help is, as always, greatly appreciated!!!!

Thanks a million

Miguel

It's a starting point as any other one.
Test it and then adjust it.
