The B.P. Says For Impurity Analysis That Sample Loading on HPLC is 10% on Normal phase Condition. but when we inject this after a single analysis my column requires the Column Flushing because the Material holds in the column. what should i do . is there any deviation is possible in pharmacopial method like loading of sample will be reduce.
