what is use of chemometry when we are comaparing 2 diff instruments eg HPLC-HPTLC, HPLC-UV etc... :?:

I think you need to provide more information about your situation and question. Also, it is easier to get responses if you avoid shortened and phonetic forms (for example, "r" for "are"). For many members, English is a second (or third!) language.
