Quick ICP question

I am looking for an ICP-MS standard with a number of elements. Anyone know why Hg is not included in any of the multi-element standards? I'm sure there's a reason, just don't know where to look for the answer.

It shouldn't be a stability issue, Hg standards are stabilized with HNO3 like most other elements.

Maybe it's just a concentration issue. Hg has a very high memory effect and if you need to prepare high concentration standards for the other elements it would screw your Hg analysis.

Merck sells a multielemental ICP solution that contains some heavy metals in lower concentrations, it includes Hg. The reference is: 109494
