Teaching peak identification and integration

I'm starting to work on a presentation for my staff to help better their analytical skills. Our lab does trace level drinking water analysis for pesticides & herbicides. A few of my staff are having difficulties with distinguishing trace level analyte peaks from signal noise and proper integration of peaks that are not well resolved. I've been doing this so long I can glance at the chromatogram and know what's what. Admittedly, I'm not the best teacher so I'm having trouble translating my skills into words to pass on to the staff. I've looked for some resources online, but can't find anything that would help me put that kind of qualitative analysis into words. Would any of you know of some resources that could help me?

Try this one:

https://nelac-institute.org/docs/meetin ... 080115.pdf

A good tutorial on manual integration and the legal side of it as well.
