1200 series binary pump yellow light not ready

When I start a sequence with the Analyst software or directly from the palm pilot the prerun switch to green-yellow-green and yellow for ever and nothing happen. We also get theses messages for the get ready: Temporary-Transcient not ready condion and Bin pump-Wait for remote gets ready.
