Extract UV library Agilent

Hello,
I would like to open a specific entry of a UV library by the command line but I didn't found if it's possible. For example, direct open entry #3 from library.uvl.
And would like to know if it's possible to load these spectrums with LoadSpectrum ?
I use Chemstation for LC Rev B.04.02 SP1.
