Chemstation Instrument Verification View- Test not starting

Does anyone do their own instrument verification PQ on their Agilent 1200 LC Chemstation? I cannot get the Verification view to take control and run the individual tests.: I went to verification view of chemstation/instrument verification(on toolbar)/list of scheduled tests/moved Noise-Temperature stability to the right pane/set it up to run on the DAD, picked specifications, saved as a .reg file and then, after setting the machine up with the restricted flow capillary, and 100% water, clicked on run verification test.

Instead of loading the method and sequence, and running the test it just went back to the list of schedule tests panel with the note N/A entered opposite the test and when I click on results it says test is not run yet. No other diagnostic comment is provided

Note: I have Chemstore running. Agilent help desk thinks only agilent engineers can run the tests in the verification window.

Hi antonyQC,
as far as i know the B.rev. of Chemstations does not contain the methods and sequences thats necessary for instr. test. Only the Service Engineers have the met. and seq-s.
The earlier versions had this feature.

Thankyou for your suggestion. I FIXED THE PROBLEM! Careful comparison of the installation engineers original validation file pathways as stored in Chemstore compared to current file structures in the "C" drive showed that in a fit of housekeeping tidiness a year ago I had moved all the instrument PQ methods to a folder named "QUALIFICATION". Obviously the macro did not know that, so as soon as I reverted to the original file structure everything works as it should.
