Manuals for Shimadzu HPLC equipment

I've inherited an old HPLC system without manuals. Can anyone direct me to a source for manuals for the following equipment:
Shimadzu LC-600 pump, SPD-6A UV detector and/or SCL-6B system controller. Thanks!
